JG was commissioned to develop the retail concept for a new children’s wear brand, Everafter. The national rollout of the retail stores, which range in size from 3,000-6,000 sf, began with locations in Tribeca, Madison Avenue and Manhasset, NY. The sophisticated palate and merchandise presentation is cool and comfortable and reflects the desire for an elevated experience in this product category. The interplay of natural plywood, warm greys and aubergine were purposefully chosen as a neutral color background to showcase the amount of color that is found in the clothing. Bursts of color are found in the wallcoverings, area rugs and furnishings, creating visual excitement as well as areas to socialize.
